We are pleased to have supported Nigel Turner Architect in gaining planning permission on behalf of YMCA Cornwall for the change of use and conversion of the former Mullion Nursery into 7 units of self-contained accommodation to provide independent living for young people.

It was good to be able to provide planning assistance in the preparation and during the course of the application and support such a worthwhile scheme that represents truly sustainable development, utilising an existing former community building in the centre of the settlement, which will provide valuable accommodation for young people.
